The Loan Servicing - Associate will be managing seamless operations and should come with strong people management experience to manage the team and hire right talent and retention, should have a strong stakeholder Management.

As a Loan Servicing - Associate you will be managing seamless operations and should come with strong people management experience to manage the team and hire right talent and retention, should have a strong hold on stakeholder Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Seamless Operations/ business
- People management - hiring right talent and retention
- Strong Stake holder management
- MIS/ KPI presentation to Senior Leadership
- Project Management

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills**
- Total 8 - 11 years of work experience; out of which minimum 2 years in people management role
- Experience in Project management
- You must communicate effectively with stakeholders, both written and verbal
- You must accurately and quickly resolve client service issues
