Position: Sr. Manager - Luxury Sales, Bangalore L3

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Manager to join our Luxury

luxury market trends, and possess excellent sales and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation & Sales

œ Ability to utilize various sources such as online platforms, referrals, networking

events, partnerships, etc. to identify potential clients interested in luxury

properties and assist in building database of HNI clients

œ Call on new and existing databases to introduce NoBroker and its offerings,

understanding their requirements and providing suitable property

recommendations and scheduling & attending Site Visits/ Meetings.

œ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular

follow-ups

œ Participate in various activities like exhibitions, activations and similar activities to

generate leads

œ Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability to work

independently and as part of a team.

2. Market Intelligence & Industry Insights

œ Possess comprehensive knowledge of all luxury projects available in Bangalore,

including their unique features, amenities, pricing, and target clientele

œ Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends,

financial closure, basic legal requirements, etc.

3. Reporting & Presentation:
œ Comfortable using CRM systems, excel, Google Office and other tools &
software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records

œ Collaborating with internal teams such as Presales, BD, Marketing, CRM & legal

as and when required

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience and understanding of Bangalore real estate and luxury including

handling HNI clients, market trends, financial closure, basic legal requirements, etc.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability to work independently and

as part of a team.

4. Multitasking and comfortable using CRM, excel and other tools to manage leads and

activities

5. Represent the company in a professional manner, exhibiting integrity and ethical conduct

in all interactions.

6. MBA/ Post graduate is highly preferred

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹129,220.75 - ₹811,926.01 per year
