**Job Summary**

Accenture is looking for experienced Finance professionals who will be responsible for the financial planning, analysis, reporting and advisory for a client.

Primary activities include
- Budgeting and Forecasting - Connect organization’s long term “strategic plan” to reality
- Business Advisory - advise executive leadership on key business decisions
- Insights and Analysis - Business performance reporting and analysis
- Annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting for business portfolios /functions/markets/ geographies
- Working closely with the executive leadership team, spread globally, on formulation and implementation of medium to long term financial strategic initiatives/plans
- Managing cost/profit centers and perform P&L analysis for the market units
- Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
- Business advisory on tactical and strategic improvements around areas of cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
- Account planning including Capex, investments and returns
- Providing insights to executive leadership around financial modelling, planning and profitability
- Multi-dimensional process and performance reporting and operations support for the business/functional leads
- Analysis of performance/revenue/costs/variances to develop accurate annual plans and quarterly forecasts
- Driving/leading improvement projects around reporting, analysis processes leading to significant business impact
- Building and leading a high performing FP&A team(s)

**Qualifications**

**Key Requirements**
- Professional or equivalent qualification like CA/CMA/CIMA/CFA or an MBA
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant analytical experience
- A leader driving high performing FP&A teams
- Strong Business Acumen
- Strong executive presence
- Exposure/ utilization of BI and reporting tools
- Ability to empathize and solve complex business problems
- Building/leading high performing teams spread across the globe
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated leadership in a professional setting
- Leading digital transformation projects/initiatives
- Exposure to advanced Tech skills, Cloud Analytics, Data visualization tools like PowerBi and Tableau preferred. SAP knowledge/background preferred
