CRM Admin Coordinator

**Location**: Nagercoil

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with clients, handling calls and addressing client concerns
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and support team members, ensuring target completion and performance management
- **Administrative Duties**: Conduct report meetings, oversee administrative processes, and facilitate CRM, HR, and sales functions
- **Performance Tracking**: Organize and evaluate team reports, ensuring timely completion of tasks and goals

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 4 years in CRM, HR, administration, or sales management
- **Education**: BE and MBA preferred
- **Skills**: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
