**Role Summary**:We are looking for a Loan Officer with at least one year of experience, preferably with an EdTech organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring; that the loan process for all the students associated with Zell is smooth. You will be closely working with the finance partners.

**Primary responsibility**:

- Calling the confirmed lead for documentation.
- Ensuring the loan is closed as per TAT.
- Coordinating with the finance partners to ensure a smooth experience for students.
- Maintain & update account records.
- Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.

**Eligibility**:

- Proven working experience as a Loan Officer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s qualification is mandatory.

**Commitments**:

- Location: Andheri East
- Work From Office
- 5 - days work culture
- Rotational Offs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
