Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Order Tracking: Monitor the status of sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery or resolution of issues.

Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems or databases.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback post-purchase to identify areas of improvement and enhance the overall sales process.

Payment Follow-Up: Assist in coordinating and following up on outstanding payments, ensuring compliance with payment terms.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on follow-up activities, customer interactions, and sales trends.
