**Relationship Manager/Billing Team Leader Job Description**
- Having positive attitude, excellent interpersonal & communication skills and people management skills to withstand and handle crisis situation.
- Having good computer skills, maintaining data, data analysis managing process.
- Should have basic understanding of systems & processes that are followed in healthcare facility.
- Meet & greet patients & relatives, new admission, maintaining & building positive relationship representing hospital, to understand patients needs and complaints, will be responsible for creating delightful patient experience with coordination of inpatient and outpatient care.
- Taking daily rounds to ensure excellent care and services to patients, to coordinate with doctor in patient care whenever required.
- Collaborate with hospital staff, including doctors, nurses and administrative personnel, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families.
- Taking feedback, maintain records, analysis and working on continuous quality improvement. The suggestions to be documented and informed to the concerned department head for assessment and corrective and preventive actions to be worked upon.
- Coordinate with quality department/team for CQI.
- Other work as assigned by the manager.
- Skills Required: Hospital Billing, Hospital Operations, Counselling, Patient Care, Handling Team, Front Desk Management, Excellent Inter personal & Communication skills, Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, customer - focused with a commitment to delivering high - quality service, Public relations, Tech Savy.
