- Job Description
1. Varthana is looking for an action-oriented team member to manage the delinquent accounts in the hard buckets.
3. Strategies would include working with the help of agencies, lawyers or following up directly with the delinquent customers.
Specific Responsibilities
- Control delinquency and manage collections for all the overdue clients by calling the customers rigorously
- Need to build strong customer relationship
- Ensure regular follow up with the delinquent customers
- Knowledge of basics of MS Excel is preferred
