Washing Supervisor

Supervise and manage a team of car washers, ensuring efficient and quality work.
- Assign tasks to team members based on workload and skill level.
- Ensure that all vehicles are cleaned to company standards, including both exterior and interior detailing.
- Perform quality checks on washed cars to ensure cleanliness, shine, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure safe usage of cleaning products and equipment by staff, in accordance with safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to new or less experienced staff members.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and handle any disciplinary actions when needed.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that work areas are clean and organized, and that equipment is well-maintained and stored correctly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
