RISHS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is looking for Housekeeping supervisor.

**Roles and Responsibilities1. System & Network Maintenance**
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and networking devices.
- Ensure LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless access points function smoothly.
- Perform regular system updates, upgrades, and security patches.

**2. User Support & Troubleshooting**
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Maintain uptime and performance of all end-user systems.

**3. Software Management**
- Install and manage educational software, antivirus tools, and licensing.

**4. Security & Data Protection**
- Monitor network security and firewall rules.
- Implement backup procedures and data recovery processes.
- Ensure antivirus, endpoint protection, and user access control policies are in place.

**5. Asset & Inventory Management**
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Track repairs, upgrades, and warranty details of all IT equipment.
- Monitor cloud platforms or internal servers used for student data or e-learning portals.
- Assist with online exam setup, ERP, CCTV, or biometric systems if applicable.

**7. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain logs of system issues, upgrades, licenses, and user requests.
- Prepare IT-related reports for audits or school leadership.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
