**Job Title: YOUNG COORDINATOR (Operations or Marketing background)**

**Prefeed Experienced in - BDS / MDS & Healthcare sector OR Any**

**Age - Not More than 30 years.**

**Experience: 1 > Up to 7 years in Project Management**

**Language - Excellent English.**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Coordination**: Coordinate and manage projects
across various departments, including accounting, finance, marketing, sales,
operations, lab, procurement, and inventory.

2. Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to ensure project goals are met.

3. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans,
including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure
project success.

5. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within
financial constraints.

6. Performance Tracking: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques,
ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

7. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to
understand their needs and expectations, and ensure their requirements are met.

8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates
to senior management and stakeholders.

9. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve
project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

10. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant
regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.

2. Strong background in managing cross-functional teams.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills.

5. Ability to work in a high-trust, collaborative
environment.

6. Proficiency in project
management software and tools.

7. Knowledge of cancer prevention and the **healthcare industry is a plus**.
