Well-versed with Searches - patentability/FTO/Invalidation/Infringement
- Well-versed with paid databases for performing searches
- Drafting responses to Office Actions/Examination Reports responses - Indian FERs or US/EP Office Actions or from other jurisdictions
- Developing strategies to respond to various objections/rejections in the Examination Reports / Office Action from various jurisdictions
- Attending/ Assisting in Hearings conducted by the Indian Patent Office
- Drafting Written Submissions to the Hearing attended/assisted.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,547.65 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
