**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on **Video Content Creator** who can ideate, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos that highlight our projects, people, and processes. This includes behind-the-scenes footage, final model showcases, client stories, and promotional reels tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality footage of model-making processes, machinery (laser, 3D printing), team activities, and final models.
- Conduct professional indoor shoots of models (both static and working), ensuring lighting, angles, and details are visually compelling.
- Take crisp photographs for thumbnails, banners, and documentation use.
- Edit videos into short-form content (under 1 minute) for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Add text overlays, transitions, motion graphics, background music, and branding elements to enhance engagement.
- Deliver final edited videos as per platform-specific formats and internal guidelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and content creation (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software
- Basic skills in photography and lighting setups
- Familiarity with social media trends, short-form content, and branding tone
