Hello,

We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor

Experience: 3+ Yrs

**Salary**: UP TO 35K

Location: Delhi-NCR

**Responsibilities**:
**Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is progressing as per the design plan.**

**Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.**

**Monitor workmanship, material quality, and adherence to design specifications.**

**Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.**

**Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily labour report, daily progress reports, site logs, and material checklists.**

**Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.**

**Manage timelines and work schedules to avoid delays and cost overruns.**

**Communicate project updates to the design and management teams.**

**Assist in procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.**

**Conduct final inspections and ensure project completion meets client expectations.**

**Requirements**:
**Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.**

**Experience: 1-2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-outs.**

**Skills**:
**Strong understanding of interior construction, materials, and finishes.**

**Ability to read and interpret design drawings, AutoCAD plans, and BOQs.**

**Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.**

**Strong leadership and communication abilities.**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.**

**Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
