**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools in the production area.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to perform necessary repairs.
- Install and assemble machinery and equipment according to specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify potential issues before they arise.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and improve machinery and equipment specifications.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training programs for skill development and stay updated on industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with color-making chemical processes and related equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in the chemical industry.
