**Job description**:
**Summary**

The Associate is responsible for processing high complexity transactions in a timely and accurate manner as per the client-specific standard operating procedures. He/ she should be able to complete all internal and client-driven reporting/analytic requests. Ability to communicate with clients through written and oral correspondence.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for processing transactions / entries of high complexity.
- Ability to use Google Spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel to do basic formulas like Sum, Avg, Sort & Filter, Conditional formatting, create pivot tables, etc.
- Acquire process knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) & be process certified.
- Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy as per team requirements.
- Clearly understand work expectations & prioritize critical activities
- Demonstrate responsiveness to client needs and requests
- Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
- Ability to handle projects independently and as part of a team
- Occasional extended work hours to meet business needs

**Required Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets (or Excel), Gmail and Google Drive
- Reliable, honest and flexible to work in different processes based on client requirements
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Fluency in written and verbal English communication
- Typing Speed above 40 wpm and 90% Accuracy
