Student Counselor Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their educational goals and challenges.
- Provide personalized guidance on academic programs, admissions, scholarships, and career pathways.
- Develop and implement individualized academic plans to support students' aspirations.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, parents, and stakeholders to ensure students receive comprehensive support.

Telecaller Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about our educational services and offerings.
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions with interested students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure a seamless transition for interested students.

**Requirements**:

- For Student Counselors: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in student counseling is advantageous.
- For Telecallers: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
