**Job Description-**
- Prompt Chat Support:
Respond to incoming chats from users promptly, demonstrating attentiveness and
empathy.
Address user inquiries and concerns focusing on quality over quantity, ensuring each
interaction is thorough and helpful.
- Inbound Chat Management:
Manage multiple inbound chats simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Gather and verify necessary information to provide accurate and personalized
assistance to users.

- Effective Communication:
Utilize various internet-based platforms and software tools to communicate with
new and existing users.
Provide information on current courses, promotions, and new product offerings,

Diagnose user queries to identify root causes and collaborate with team members
to develop effective solutions.
Offer personalized advice and guidance to users experiencing subscription issues or
service troubles, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
