Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and advertising industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand.

Key Result Areas (KRA):
1. Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Increase sales revenue by 10% each quarter.

2. Client Acquisition:
Acquire a minimum of 5 new clients per month.

Maintain a client retention rate of 90%.

3. Market Research:
Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends.

Identify and report on potential business opportunities.

4. Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure a customer satisfaction score of 85% or higher.

Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

5. Reporting:
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the printing and advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
