**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive to develop and execute our company's social media strategy. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Manage all company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Create, execute, and monitor paid ad strategies to drive traffic and conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and engagement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
