**Job Description - Floor Operations Executive**

1) Maintain classroom discipline and on allocated floor also.
2) Floor cleanliness checkiest and 3rd party monitoring.
3) Ensure timely distribution of study materials, Dpps etc.
4) Relay daily academic and non academic communications to faculty and students etc.
5) Report and address daily faculty and student concerns to management (AOM/FC/BH).
6) Ensuring before 30 mins (Onetime/Shift) starting the class the audio and video of the screen is well tested (Digitally check) and escalate the issues (Mic, Audio, Video, etc) to related stakeholders.
7) Check if automation App is working or not and shut down the system only after checking on tracker that the video has been uploaded.
8) Video with class notes uploading on Gdrive after cross check with BM lead or dashboard that all the lectures uploaded on dashboard (If not uploaded by automation).
9) Always available over call to coordinate relevant stakeholders (FM, BM, IT, ETC).
10) Faculty training of smart board /PPT (When needed).
11) Always support IT person to timely install or update of all required software, folders or any other required assets related to class.
12) Monitoring the class on VNC and make sure class running smooth.
13) Basic video editing (In case of sound issue & unwanted parts of lecture).
14) Support in invigilation test conduction.
15) He will start/off the system and maxhub keep eye to microphone settings, testing, demo videos, and equipment related to the class.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
