**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and attend to walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
- Assist clients with property-related queries, appointments, and documentation.
- Maintain records of client visits and update the customer database regularly.
- Coordinate with the team leader for property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, documents, or further assistance.
- Provide backend support for meetings, project updates, and event arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the Property Theatre presentation space.
- Assist in preparing customer brochures, property files, and promotional material.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or office coordination role (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable, polite, and client-service oriented.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,342.22 per month
