**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, organize, and maintain office files and records.
- Perform **data entry** work in **Hindi and English** with accuracy.
- Manage day-to-day **office documentation and record keeping**.
- Prepare and format **letters, reports, and spreadsheets** using **MS Office**.
- Assist management with **administrative and clerical tasks**.
- Coordinate with team members for document collection and updates.
- Print, scan, and manage digital and physical office documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

**Desired Skills & Proficiency In**:
**MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** - full working knowledge
**Typing in Hindi & English** with good speed and accuracy
**Good written and verbal communication**
