Core Responsibilities:

- **MIS Support and Maintenance**: Maintain and improve existing MIS systems, ensuring their smooth operation.
- **Report Generation and Distribution**: Create and distribute reports, both regular and ad-hoc, to management and other stakeholders.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- **Technical Support and Troubleshooting**: Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyze business information to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- **Documentation**: Develop and maintain MIS documentation for system maintenance and support.
- **Collaboration**: Participate in cross-functional meetings and work with other departments to resolve issues.
- **Training**: Provide training to users on the use of MIS systems.
- **Security**: Ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place.
- **Project Management**: May lead or manage information systems projects, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and managing budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in computer hardware, software, databases, and relevant MIS software.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and identify trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Business Acumen**: Understanding of business operations and processes to effectively support MIS implementation and improvement.
- **Project Management Skills**: Ability to plan, organize, and execute MIS projects.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve technical and business-related issues.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is often required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
