Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**: The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at [Hotel Name]. This role requires an individual who is professional, friendly, and efficient in handling front desk operations. The Receptionist ensures a positive guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining smooth check-in and check-out processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Services**: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
- **Reservations Management**: Handle phone and online reservations, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- **Check-in/Check-out Procedures**: Manage check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and processing payments.
- **Customer Assistance**: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guests' needs are met.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and reservations.
- **Security**: Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises by monitoring access and following security protocols.
- **Sales and Promotions**: Promote hotel services and amenities, upsell room categories, and inform guests about local attractions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
