We are looking for a Head Hair Trainer who is very enthusiastic to give training to the new joiners as well as the staffs those who looking for their career growth in our organization.

**Responsibilities**

Providing the training for new joiners

Handling complaints and rectifications.

Learning and adapting the course curriculum.

Setting out lesson plans.

Ordering stock supplies for each course.

Teaching students the skills of the beauty trade.

Conduct training programs for the new hire at the Salons, make them ready for the store.

To identify, train, evaluate the training programs of Hairstylists.

Train the employees as per the guidance of the management.

To understand the outlets requirement and recruit Hairstylist from various brands

**Requirements and skills**

Proven work experience as a Trainer or similar role

Good knowledge on Haircut, coloring, smoothening and keratin

Excellent organizational skills, Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Any Graduation.

2-wheeler is mandatory.

Languages required: English, Hindi and any south language.

Experience with teaching preferred.

Ability to handle stressful situations.

Patient and understanding.

Looking for a professional Trainer who is good at people management.

Is good at training new hires, understanding business need and redirecting skills to train them.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 6 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
