Job Description:

- Conduct the sessions as per the specified course content and schedule
- Able to deliver training sessions and workshops to convey all the technical information of our hair care brands.
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching.
- Build Students' Competency according to the levels required to fit in the industry.

.Resolve Student Queries
- Conduct Students' Internal Assessments and prepare them well for External Assessments
- Must be able to Upskill Product, Processes & Technical Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Hands on experience as Hair Stylist & Hair Trainer.
- Hands on experience in Coloring Techniques.
- Hands on experience in Hair Treatment such as (Keratin, Cysteine, Botox, Rebonding, Smoothing, Protein Treatments, Chemical Treatments etc.

Beauty Trainer:
.Greet guest as they enter the beauty section

.Specialized knowledge of beauty products

.Strong customer service and sales skills Design and maintain attractive displays to help us promote specific products

.Identifying customer requirements and giving appropriate recommendations on cosmetics and skincare products based on their preferences

.Gathering and submitting sales reports Attends workshops and seminars on new product lines Identifies skin types & conditions and knows the best products for each one

.Ensuring that specified sales goals are met or exceeded Knowledge of the particular products being sold and the cosmetic industry in general Travel to Salon as per requirement.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
