**Job Title**: Sales Executive (Educational Sales)

**Experience: 2-8 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence in the educational sector.
- Drive sales of projectors, smartboards, notebooks, and other educational hardware and accessories.
- Manage and grow relationships with key institutional clients, including schools and colleges.
- Oversee and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

**Key Skills**:

- Proven experience in institutional sales, particularly within the educational sector.
- Strong knowledge of products such as projectors, smartboards, notebooks, and uniforms.
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
