**Position Description**
- This position reports to the CP Manager and will work with close co-ordination with Site sales head,. Experienced in the real estate sector in a sales/marketing profile, Able to function in sync with internal departments, Diplomatic, resourceful with high degree of networking and interpersonal skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. He will build rapport with top CP’s and set targets with them for sales and offer incentives based on GGD Policy.

2. He will help CP Manager to develop and implement strategy for CP’s

3. He will Provide marketing collaterals to CP’s

4. He will attend important clients with CP’s

5. He will identify, source and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.

6. He will help channel partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.

7. He will responsible to develop positive working relationship with CP’s to build increase walk-in at site.

8. He will update CP Manager with current and latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

9. Attending client inbound phone calls as per requirement for helping them and support for closing the deal.

11. He will responsible for follow up / feedback with clients until site visit or re-visit are planned.

12. He will ensuring handling daily routine queries of clients related to projects.

13. He will manage all sources of online CP inquiries - website, property portals, social media etc

14. He will do the periodic market study and research and submit the monthly report.

15. He will help manager to arrange periodic CP meets and ensure the best outcome are generated in his cluster.

**Skills, Experience**
- 3-5 years’ experience of handling CPs in the real estate space
- Experienced in the real estate sector in a sales/marketing profile
- Able to function in sync with internal departments
- Diplomatic, resourceful with high degree of networking and interpersonal skills

**Key Result Areas**
- Number of CP walk in generated periodically - Weekly/Monthly/Qtryly.
- Number of target clients visited at site V/s. actual closed
- Improvement of conversion ratio

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
