Job Summary & Responsibilities:

- Effective involvement in daily maintenance activity for machine shop including planned & Unplanned maintenance.
- Support to achieve Zero Quality defects at machine shop by maintaining the equipments to it's basic condition.
- Achieve Zero Safety Incidences in shop by adhering to maintenance activities.
- Maintain 5S & Improve Housekeeping standards.
- Support for preventive Maintenance of CNC, SPM, Washing, Gantry, Robot systems, Material handling systems etc
- Ensure to update shop breakdown for history & analysis.
- Maintain & Improve Housekeeping standards.
- Knowledge of the CNC machine, SPM, Electrical system / assembly & test cell equipment.
- Maintain the discipline of the work force.
- Adhere to LOTO, work permits & Cummins Safety practices at shop floor while doing any repairing or maintenance activity.
