Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of LED products and electrical wires & cables. We are seeking an experienced and skilled **Machine Operator** to join our team for handling the manufacturing processes of copper and aluminum house wires and cables.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operation & Maintenance**: Operate and maintain machines for twisting, coiling, and processing single-core and multi-core cables.
- **Material Handling**: Work with copper and aluminum materials for cable production.
- **PVC Coating**: Perform 3-layer PVC coating with precision to ensure product quality.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues in the manufacturing process to minimize downtime.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in operating machines for wire and cable manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of twisting, coiling, and processing single-core and multi-core cables.
- Expertise in 3-layer PVC coating.
- Strong understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
