**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Publishing - Daily / weekly / monthly MIS report

Calculating - Monthly reconciliation variance with SAP PnL & target vs achievement variance

Ensuring process adherence and data flow to the system for PnL and business metrics. Raising red flags for biz fin to act upon

CM1 PnL cost closure deviation approvals based on framework defined by bizfin

Handling ad hoc MIS requests from Biz Fin and leadership

Data repository and data governance for historic PnL data

CM2/CM3/CM4 tracking - People - headcounts, exits and onboarding, Rental costs & opex

Working capital tracking - receivables, payables and inventory

Fixed and core asset tracking (including capex tracking)

Packaging material and sack inventory tracking

Initiating Automation of repetitive reports

**Skill Set Required**:
Heavy attention to detail

Advanced Excel,doc & powerpoint skills

Working knowledge of BI tools

Very basic financial knowledge or working as financial MIS/Sales MIS/ops MIS

Very good communication skills - Majorly listening

Strong sense of responsibility & ownership

Good Data governance skills

Ability to push cross functional efforts for automation
