**Job Opportunity: Behavioral Therapist**

Abilizone Child Development Center is looking for a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team If you have a passion for helping children overcome behavioral challenges and thrive in their development, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments and develop personalized behavior intervention plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy to children with developmental or behavioral concerns
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and other evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and report on progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Educate and support parents and caregivers to promote positive behavioral changes at home

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental or behavioral challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
