**Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to understand each child’s individual needs and abilities.
- Design, implement, and evaluate personalized intervention plans to enhance children’s functional skills.
- Support children in developing motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive behavior.
- Collaborate with other therapists, educators, and parents to create cohesive development strategies.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies as needed to maximize outcomes.
- Educate families and caregivers, providing resources and guidance for continued growth outside of sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to providing an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment for children and families.
