Calling qualified customers and sell to them Young Chemist products.

Call customer for feedback on Young Chemist product and services
Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.

Correctly update the Call Log for every customer/agent interaction.

Complete customer request and Add requests into the system.

Ensure effective customer detailing,Explain to customers all the company products.

Respond to customers who are picking their products. Forward queries to the respective personnel.

Escalate queries and follow up on resolution.

Document customer information, queries on Customer Relationship Sheet,

Update customers and service providers about Young Chemist policy.

Escalate the sales process as per work load.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad - 380051, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
