Role & responsibilities:

- Company/LLP Incorporation
- Right Issue, Private Placement of securities, ESOPS etc. share capital compliances
- Annual Filing, Annual Report, Change in Directors, Auditors, etc.
- Filing of all relevant forms with the Registrar of Companies for Companies and LLPs
- RBI filings with respect to ODI and FDI
- Research and preparation of compliance reports for AIF or PMS
- Assistance in SEZ, Customs, DGFT and Developer-related submissions of returns and intimations.
- Agenda/ Minutes and all meeting compliances of Companies
- Maintaining of all statutory records and registers
- Drafting of basic affidavits, letters, MOUs, NDAs, Consent letters etc.
- KYC documents management and submission wherever required.
- Bank-related resolutions, forms, lists etc. preparation and execution
- Other statutory registrations and Filings
- Preparations of MIS, Datasheets related to Compliance and Compliance system updating.
