  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all legal and statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other governing bodies, such as SEBI.
  • Corporate Governance: Advise the board of directors and management on corporate governance best practices, transparency, and ethical conduct.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain crucial company records and statutory books, including the register of members, directors, and minutes of board and committee meetings.
  • Regulatory Filings: Prepare and file necessary documents and returns with regulatory authorities, such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Board Meeting Management: Organize board and shareholder meetings by preparing agendas, circulating board papers, and drafting minutes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities, providing information and managing communication with shareholders and other stakeholders.
