We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer Cum Video Editor to join our team at India no:1 spa Brand at Coimbatore as a luxury professional spa centre you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals of our facilities, services, and events. You will work closely with our marketing and branding team to create compelling video content that showcases our brand and attracts new customers. You will be required to have experience with professional video equipment, lighting, and editing software. Attention to detail and the ability to work creatively and independently is a must. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our videos are consistent with our brand guidelines and tone. This is a fast-paced role that requires a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for aesthetics.

You will be a part of an exceptional team of writers and designers who are always on the lookout for innovative ideas to help the client engage their target audience. Needless to say, we expect complete command over popular design software and tools, along with great communication skills.

Knowledge, skills, and attributes:

- 5-7 years of experience as a motion graphic designer/video editor
- Professional experience should include stints in marketing/advertising agencies/B2B corporate marketing
- Proficiency in creating videos for strong, creative video presentations
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
- Design capabilities such as video, 2D, and 3D motion graphics
- A thorough knowledge of timing, execution, and continuity
- A good understanding of marketing communications design
- Minimum qualifications expected bachelor’s degree/Marcomm/Design Diploma/BA
- Excellent communication skills with experience in managing global stakeholders on a daily basis

Technical Skillset:

- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- The capability to work with Cinema 4D, Blender, XD, InDesign, and Animate would be a plus

Key tasks and responsibilities:
Create marketing videos, from conception to execution, including video editing, sound editing, and motion graphics.

Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation.

Create an initial storyboard draft of the video to present to clients and get their approval before digitally altering the video

Create a rough cut and a final cut of the video

Digitally improve video, sound, and picture quality

Gather and transfer all forms of media into the editing software and ensure each asset is updated in the correct format

Edit videos to include preselected music, video clips, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project
