- Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to promote and sell Titan watches. Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Titan watches, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications. Stay updated on new product releases, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate and educate customers about the Titan brand.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the showroom displays are visually appealing, clean, and well-organized. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive product displays that highlight the unique features of Titan watches.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including receiving and tagging new merchandise, conducting regular stock checks, and replenishing products on the shop floor as needed. Inform the store manager of any discrepancies or stock shortages.
- Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods while maintaining strict cash handling procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team, including sales associates, store manager, and other departments, to achieve store objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience. Share customer feedback, market insights, and suggestions for improving sales and customer service.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,945.31 per month
