Whistling Woods International (WWI) is India’s premier Film, Communication & Creative Arts Institute. Since its inception in 2006, WWI has successfully delivered world-class education in all creative and technical aspects of filmmaking. Located inside Mumbai’s Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.

We are looking for a fantastic team member to join us as a **PR Executive**in our marketing team.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Develop and execute effective PR and media relations strategies that increase brand awareness and reputation.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop messaging and communication strategies that effectively convey the company's goals, values, and mission.
- Write and edit high-quality content across multiple platforms, including press releases, speeches, social media posts, and other communications materials.
- Build relationships with media contacts and external stakeholders to generate positive coverage and maximize media exposure.
- Manage incoming media requests, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Write and edit high-quality content across multiple platforms, including press releases, speeches, social media posts, thought leadership articles, white papers, newsletters and other communications materials.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage, identifying opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and mitigate potential risks.
- Create and maintain a database of media contacts and other external stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, identifying relevant opportunities for the company to enhance its reputation and brand awareness.
- Overall AV’s along with the Editing Team.
- Third-party tie-ups and coordination with consultants
- Travel for Marketing events as and when required.
- Develop and build the brand of Whistling Woods International in line with the Organization's objective
- Coordination with Creative agencies for overall brand communication

**Skill sets required**:

- Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a PR Executive or similar role, with a solid understanding of PR strategies and tactics
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders, including journalists, bloggers, and other influencers
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into engaging content
- Excellent writing and content creation skills across multiple channels including social media, print, white paper, press releases, etc.
- Broad understanding of social media platforms, channels, and content opportunities

Job Location: Goregaon East
