Front office manager / Asst. Front office manager

A Female Tele Caller who can communicate with the customers over the phone to clarify their doubts regarding products and services, and to respond to general inquiries.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specification
- Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
- Following up with existing clients to collect their feedback and suggestions

**PREREQUISITES**:

- Only Female Required.
- Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.

**EDUCATION**:

- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace. His/her behavior and personal appearance will always be geared to the objective of being an example to all other staff within the salon.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**EXPERIENCE**:
1-2 years of experience in the sales department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹8,091.93 - ₹28,233.72 per month
