6. Proficiency in using training and interviewing techniques.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

The Trainer/Interviewer in Home Health Care plays a critical role in ensuring the selection and development

of qualified and compassionate healthcare professionals for home health care settings. This contributes to

maintaining high standards of care and the well-being of patients receiving in-home healthcare services.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
