Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, human resources, education) or equivalent
experience.
2. Licensure or certification in a relevant healthcare field may be required.
3. Previous experience in home health care, healthcare recruitment, and/or training.
4. Knowledge of home health care regulations and best practices.
5. Excellent communication, interviewing, and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in using training and interviewing techniques.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and assessment skills for interviewing and training.

The Trainer/Interviewer in Home Health Care plays a critical role in ensuring the selection and development
of qualified and compassionate healthcare professionals for home health care settings. This contributes to
maintaining high standards of care and the well-being of patients receiving in-home healthcare services.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
