**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced ANM Trainer to educate and mentor students in our paramedical nursing institute. The trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training, ensuring students acquire the necessary skills to become competent nursing professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training for ANM students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, study materials, and practical modules.
- Teach fundamental nursing skills, maternal and child healthcare, first aid, and community health.
- Supervise students during clinical training and internships at hospitals or healthcare centers.
- Assess student performance through assignments, practical exams, and skill evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with nursing education standards and government guidelines.
- Guide students on ethical practices, patient care, and emergency response.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Support students in career counseling and job placement assistance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Sc. Nursing/GNM/ANM with relevant experience.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of teaching or clinical experience in nursing.
- Strong knowledge of ANM syllabus and practical nursing skills.
- Effective communication and teaching abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for educating future healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with government regulations and healthcare industry standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in paramedical or nursing training institutes.
- Certification in teaching or medical education.
- Basic computer skills for report writing and online teaching.
