Customer Service Collections

Collections Provides administrative support in the collections process. Resolves, collects, and manages past due accounts and outstanding invoices. Monitors processes and the effectiveness of business controls and recommends improvements. Ensures proper control, recording and classification of transactions. Uses accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. Interfaces with sales support, customer service and accounts receivable to reconcile accounts.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Good communication skills, with the ability to directly interface with external Customers as well as internal departments.
- Required to work closely with Sales & Order management team to resolve customer queries
- Fair knowledge of Dispute resolution & Reduction management
- Dailly follow-up on pending cases to maximize conversions
- Micro level daily tracking of accounts/leads along with account level review
**Qualifications**:
Typically at least 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
