**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**POSITION: EXECUTIVE -KIDO INTERNATIONAL SYSTEMS**

Work directly with the Product team on all system related activities for the various Kido schools at all geographic locations.

1. Assigning system access as per the respective country and/or designation level access.

2. Maintain and update all curriculum and training systems (Manula, Training BOT, Assessment BOT, MyKido, etc.) - uploading, formatting, editing, and updating content, and managing backend analytics and required reporting.

3. Responsible for user management (Slack, Zohomail, myKido, iauditor, etc.)

4. Manage Global Google user accounts & Mail process.

5. Ensure appropriate licenses for G-suite, Microsoft 365, etc.

6. Data Migration/Backup.

7. Ensure security through access controls, firewalls, etc.

8. Maintaining and updating users on all systems including maintaining user lists for all geographical locations and liaising with local teams for user updates. Followed by the necessary action of creating/editing/revoking user access to the respective curriculum and training systems.

9. Ensure through effective communication that all country teams are able to access all systems and liaise with them regularly to provide systems support as needed.

10. Creating system backups of all systems on a periodic basis. Ensuring that vital information can be retrieved in case of accidental loss or security breach.

11. There may be peak times of activity when multiple time-sensitive tasks need to be completed in a short time period. Ensure a fast, organized, thorough, and accurate completion of tasks, as organizational success depends on these.

12. Monitor data on all of Kido’s systems for accuracy and completeness, and take proactive action to implement data improvement with a full understanding of the wider impact of any data changes.

13. Monitoring performance and providing information on ways to improve the authenticity and security of data.

14. Compliance with GDPR Data Protection protocols and confidentiality of data and all of Kido’s systems.

15. To provide systems data reports and to undertake system data validation and monitoring of system data quality and to assist in the production of reports and statistical information on learners, users, programs, and modules for internal and external purposes.

16. Maintaining the efficiency of the database by providing regular checks and data update.

17. The above list of tasks is not exhaustive, and working as part of the Product Team, the post-holder will be expected to work flexibly and co-operatively with other members of the team, providing cover and assistance when necessary.

- Proven ability to liaise with various levels of staff across a large multinational organization with several geographic locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with a range of staff.
- Articulate, with the ability to communicate with both IT literate and non-IT literate individuals using a variety of methods.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload, particularly during peak periods of activity.

**Requirements**:
Education / Qualifications:
Essential: Educated to degree level or possess other equivalent and relevant experience.

**Experience**:
Essential:
Experience in using MS Office products to a good standard, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Experience with education administration and, in particular, issues relating to staff data management.

Knowledge:
Essential: Familiarity with using and reporting from large relational databases (e.g., staff records management system) with accuracy and attention to detail and in using software tools to manipulate data.

Familiarity with the educational employee lifecycle.
