**Job Title**: Admission Counselor

**Location**: Jagatpura, Jaipur

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Experience**: 2 to 3 Years

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student goals and provide personalized guidance.
- **Admissions Process**:

- Guide students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- **Information Sessions**:

- Conduct information sessions, webinars, and campus tours for prospective students and their families.
- Present detailed information about programs, campus facilities, and student services.
- Answer questions and provide clarifications to help students make informed decisions.
- **Database Management**:

- Generate reports on admissions statistics and trends for management review.
- Ensure all data is kept confidential and complies with privacy regulations.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and other outreach activities to promote the institution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and educational consultants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in student counseling or admissions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with admissions software.
