**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries, introducing them to our finance and accounting certification courses.
- Understand the student's or professional’s educational/career background and guide them to the right course (CMA, CPA, EA, etc.).
- Schedule and conduct consultations, webinars, or follow-ups for conversions.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain and update lead status on CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the academic team for queries related to course content or scheduling.
- Share periodic reports on lead quality and performance to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in telesales, preferably in the **edtech or professional training sector**.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to sell courses like **CMA, CPA, EA**, etc.
- Proficient in CRM and sales tracking tools.

**Preferred**:

- Understanding of international education markets (US, UAE, India).
