**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and UI specifications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and style guide.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking process.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with motion design/prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects).
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
