_**Job Overview**:_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Create high-quality designs, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Conduct research and stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure the use of best practices in graphic design.
- Utilize design software and tools, such Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, to create and manipulate graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all designs and ensure they meet the established visual guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support various campaigns and initiatives by providing visually appealing graphics that effectively communicate key messages.
- Edit raw video footage to create high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and presentations.
- Trim, rearrange, and fine-tune footage to create a story, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
- Add and synchronize audio tracks, sound effects, and background music to enhance the visual impact and emotional resonance of the videos.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, considering aspect ratios, file sizes, and technical requirements.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, Media Studies or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer + Video Editor or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
- Proficient in design software and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and other video editing software’s.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
- Familiarity with visual effects software, such as Adobe After Effects, and the ability to enhance videos with motion graphics and visual elements.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative design concepts that meet project objectives.
- Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design is a plus.
- **Experience**:_ Minimum 1 year

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
