We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. Your work will involve selecting shots, assembling them in sequences, and ultimately creating the final cut.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage to produce high-quality videos that meet project requirements.
- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create innovative video content.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.
- Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements.
- Maintain continuity across projects by adhering to brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Portfolio of past projects demonstrating video editing proficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
